Superj3 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Entertainment Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the superj3 platform. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights, responsibilities, and rules governing the relationship between you as a user and this platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This current version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the superj3 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other related policies published on this platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the superj3 platform.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting services are prohibited under local law;
- Not act on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party who does not meet the above eligibility requirements.
Superj3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found not to meet the eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
2. Account Registration, Security & Account Policies
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on superj3 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required in the registration form;
- Update that information promptly should any changes occur;
- To keep your account password confidential and not share your login credentials with any other party;
- To notify superj3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Superj3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms. For accounts closed due to a breach, any remaining balance will not be refunded unless otherwise determined by superj3 management at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account, whether authorised or not.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a superj3 user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules while using the platform:
- Not use any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or operate the platform without prior written consent from superj3;
- Not attempt to breach, hack, or interfere with the security of the platform's systems;
- Not to use this platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law;
- Not to distribute any content that is fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of third parties through this platform;
- Not manipulate any game or betting market in an unauthorised manner, including through collusion with other players for unfair gain.
Superj3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding payments, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the superj3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the user and their respective payment service provider.
Deposits into your superj3 account can be made via approved local payment methods, including but not limited to FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets that may be added from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Important information about transactions you should know:
- Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible, except in the case of technical errors verified by superj3;
- Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification, which may be required before the first processing or for amounts exceeding certain limits;
- Superj3 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending while an investigation into suspicious activity is conducted;
- Any taxes, charges, or fees imposed by payment service providers or relevant authorities are entirely the user's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Superj3 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, superj3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service interruptions, or technical errors.
Superj3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or that results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical disruptions may occur, and superj3 will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the superj3 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of superj3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written permission from superj3.
Third-Party Links
The superj3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. superj3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Right to Modify Terms
Superj3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the superj3 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism determined from time to time, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
